Work with and provide recommendations to the WPMG Board to embed an anti-racism and equity lens in all that we do, andĪdditional hours may be required based on interest, availability and EGC workgroup participation.Support the professional and personal learning of WPMG Board and committee members in undoing systemic racism.Ensure broad community voice and build connections with patients, front-line staff and community organizations to advance the WPMG Board's anti-racism strategic plan.Ensure the appropriate level of collaboration and alignment between the WPMG Board's anti-racism work and related organizational work, functioning as one part of the ecosystem of equity teams and initiatives across the organization. ![]()
